We went to Cologne on a beautiful sunny day in february....walk around the city, drive in the villages area, have some drink in a german cafe, of course took some photos, COLOGNE is one of the nicest german city which is said to be the ' media industry place' of germany, these city is beautifully built within the world famous RHEIN river in germany.
The photo above was taken in the city promoting the upcoming Carnaval of Cologne, these city has the famous in germany, a big festival that happened once a year before the catholic ash wednesday. Behind is the 'Dom' the cathedral view along the main road. |
|  | My KÖLNER photo....... Me and my son in Cologne. I remember opposite us is a stair way down to a supermarket, restaurant and cafes behind the Dom.
perhaps, that was a good area, we had pause thier for a while and went to the next cafe to have some warm drinks..not any german beer :-) a cup of coffee was perfect and a hot choco for my son was just ok, we just prefer to warm up that time though we had blown by the cold wind although that was a good sunny day. |
| | The Cologne Catherdal I don't know exactly which side of the cathedral is these photo...I just found it nice to be photograph while having a glimpse around this cathedral or rather called the KÖLN DOM in local german language.
