Philippine Highest Point The highway system of Philippines with it's highest point of 7,400 ft. is located in the Mountain Province, North Philippines. These rough highway from Bagiuo to Bontoc and Sagada offers breath taking scenery views of the mountainside, roads are mixed to narrow, small, curving, concreate and unconcreate in many parts, travelling during dry season is really dusty, and scary on rainy season due to landslide prone and slippery road. |
