Getting TO/AROUND: Eskisehir is the crossroad of railways in Turkey. You can come to Eskisehir by train from Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir. Eskisehir has access to all major cities in Turkey by bus too. If you are coming from Istanbul, choose comaing by train (check out the web site www.tcdd.gov.tr for timetables) if you are comin from ankara or izmir choose coming by bus. Nilufer, Kamil Koc, Uludag, Anka, Buzlu are the best bus firms.
You can use mini buses, red buses, blue buses. In all of them, you don't have to buy aa ticket, you can pay in the bus. Blue buses are more expensive than red buses. If you v,can find out a bike, Eskisehir is one of the best biking cities in Turkey. but be carefull when you are in the traffic. There is also car renting opportunities.
