"Fjords!!!!" Sogn og Fjordane by Ramonq

While you're in Norway, might as well see the fjords. They say that you haven't been to Norway if you haven't seen the fjords, so not wanting to be left out, I signed for a tour through the deepest and longest fjords in the land, the Sognefjord. And it was an awesome experience.

Just what are fjords, in the first place? Fjords are geographical phenomena caused by the melting of glaciers in the coastal areas during the thawing of the ice age that produced massive abrasions on the landscape of precipitous ravines and deep valleys. The effect is awesome with hundreds of mountainous pine-covered islands towering over the "lake-like" waterways. And in the mountains are waterfalls that look crisp and spine-tingling. The fjordlands of Norway is so environmentally pure and virgin, which brings kudos to the Norwegians who clearly love nature and they take care of it very well.

There are many ways to see the fjords, by train, by car, hot air balloon, hiking and the most popular way is by ship.
