Huron, SD is the home of Huron Unitversity, the South Dakota State fair and the Worlds largest pheasant. The last couple of years they have been hosting a Ringneck Pheasant Festival in the late fall. It is a big pheasant hunt with other activities.
This is a magnet given out by the Huron CVB.

Never seen a bird this big before. Stayed at dakota inn very nice motel, the staff and the room were great. Would give them a 5 star rating.
