View from the hotel
I stayed at the Kweilin Hotel which had some nice big room dormitories for 5 FEC's per night (US$1.35). They were pretty cold rooms but they had extra blankets so it was comfortable for sleeping. I stayed here for 3 nights. There were nice views from the 3rd floor dorm rooms out over the city.
Unique Qualities: To find the hotel you will take a left after leaving the train station and walk until you cross the river then you will see hotel on your left. It's about a 15 minute walk. (this is all from 1987 so will be very outdated! haha)
