One of the main attractions of Inle Lake is the Leg Rowers. The have a unique style of rowing their flat bottomed boats around. Their legs must be incredibly strong their balance is great too! I never saw anyone fall into the water. LOL

Inle Lake Fisherman

The Fisherman are very busy in the morning going for their catch. The put the net into the water (wide end down) and then plunge a stick through the top of the net then pull the net up slowly. I didn't actually witness any fish caught but I saw fish being delivered to the market.

    It's very difficult to beat a tranquil lake setting with beautiful pagodas in the background! Hard to believe that you were there only a year ago!
