Great Rajastani Fort!

Chittaurgarh was a great place that I spent a couple days riding a bicycle and wandering around the town. I'm so glad that I went there as I ended up having a wonderful experience with some friends that I made and the locals were great too!

Pros and Cons
  • Pros:Cool Sunsets from the fort!
  • In a nutshell:Worth the steep ride!

These forts are huge! The sophistication of the defenseive fortifications is unbelievable- Some are still used by the Indian army today.

Chittaurgarh sounds very off-the beaten path, but obviously it is worth a visit. Interesting tower and the people too ...

Giving out your passport in a foreign country is not risk free! I heard that a Canadian passport can be sold as much as $25,000- US in a third world country. Monkeys on the street must be very interesting. Do they bite?

Chittaurgarh looks just like a place worth a visit, the whole place sounds as Off The Beaten Path.

You have a knack for finding the most amazing ruins! It's refreshing to be able to go somewhere and not be treated as a tourist by the locals.
