This little seafood spot is located in an alley near the Financial District. The seafood is grand-get the mussels.

Favorite Dish: Mussels are the best and served fresh daily. Try the daily specials as well, will not disappoint.

Restaurant Name: Trattoria Contadina

Tiny little Italian restaraunt in North Beach, close to Washington Park. Traditional Italian fare and a good wine list. Good wait staff, reservations recommended-remember, it's small. Probably not good for big parties since its so little. The Powell Street Cable Car goes right past it at the top of the hill.

Favorite Dish: The gnocchi is great-homemade and fresh. The creamy tomato sauce served over it is amazing. Get a nice chianti to go with.

Restaurant Name: Bistro Burger

Order from the extensive menu and sit inside or out on the patio at this great burger joint in the Financial District. Chicken sandwiches and salads also awesome. Great place for lunch near the MOMA or SOMA areas.

Favorite Dish: California burger with guac and swiss is great. Served with good fries.

Good, greasy, spicy. Sweet and sour chicken is great! Get a margarita too, they're strong.

Tapas with variety. Get the sangria or some mojitos-great! Try the one in the Haight for more lively atmosphere or the one in the MIssion for a more laid back style.
