    • This downtown marketplace was cool in the fact that it was enclosed on top and the shops lined the buildings on either side. The marketplace was located near the Presidential palace area, but I believe is no longer there as it had a recent fire which gutted most of the shops.

     Despite its problems, I found Lima to be an interesting and vibrant city.
