I stayed at the Hopinn Hotel during my 10 day stay in July 2002. It does in fact cater to the business traveler and Japanese businessmen at that. Not much of an exciting city, though there is the Saturday flea market adjacent to the Train station where one can find exceptionally good bargains. Not much in the way of outdoor cafes save for a "Mos Burger" at the east end of the block. The Hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the train station, and the walk is protected by a covering the entire way.
