spontanic weekend

for my boyfriend's birthday we decided to go to istanbul - it was a last minute deal and was really great

the city is beautifull and we had alot of fun

on the first day

we walked alot by foot - we went to the blue mosque and the topkapi palace (which was already closed) we visited the grand bazar and then walked on the galata bridge to the other side - went up the galata tower to view the city and walked istaklals treet till we got to taksim square -after that we had to take a taxi back to the hotel...

on the 2nd day

first we went to topkapi palace since it was closed by the time we got there yesterday , we spent a few hourse inside - it was beautifull but we didnt bought the tickets to the treasury and the herm since it was enough hourse allready (palace costs 12 mill and the 2 other things are 10 mill each , u can buy it all at the entrance or just buy the palace and buy the other 2 inside)

then we went to the grand bazar which was just amazing - we loved it

aftre that we went to egyptian market

and on the 3rd day we took a boat ride on the bosphorus river

Pros and Cons

Pros:beautifull, cheap,
Cons:the people who try to sell sometimes really bug u
In a nutshell:great spot for a few days trip
