in Amsterdam you have to visit the Anne Frank House. The story about her short life help to understand a little bit more about jewish pursuit during the second world war. It´s very impressing and very very sad.

These two museums are absolutely worth the visit, full of works of the most famous painters of the world. Rembrandt, Van Gogh and many many more. The scenery around is very beautiful, a nice park between the two museums with a little artificial sea and places to relax or to do some sports.

Once in Amsterdam you should visit the Van Gogh museum, a museum of one of the most famous painters in the world. I think one of his paintings got the highest ever paid price at an auction of Sotherby´s. Van Gogh died very very poor, years after his death his entire work increased in value.

To get a good idea of netherlands history, to see brilliant works of some great painters in history, with Rembrandt maybe as the most well known guy of them, to see other creations of dutch artists you have to go to the Rijksmuseum. The entrance fee of 9 Euro is worth it here. Get some impressions
