Actually Oruro is a city, a small one. and the dirtiest place i have ever visited in my life, its like they dump the rubbish in the streets and let it blow about. the carnival of Oruro is good, but has nothing else going for it. | anatlc Thu Jul 14, 2005 13:05 UTC
