Be careful about planning your trip to Santorini! I thought I was going to spend about 2 weeks in Greece, and I spent a month. Santorini (Thira) and the other islands are what made me change my plans. The beauty of these islands, and especially Thira, make it immensely hard to leave. The food, the fun, and the people will capture you and won't let go. You need a minimum of 3 days on Santorini, just to get the feel of the place. It is worth a longer look, if you have the time.
