"My Journey to the Gorillas" Virunga by Jmill42

It goes without saying that if I pay a rate of $600/hour and leave thinking I came away with a steal, it had to have been impressive. The Mountain Gorillas swarming around you in the middle of the Rwandan jungle is such an event. I have experienced nothing in life as awe-some, as these hulking creatures casually eating leaves, wrestling with each other (thankfully), and generally allowing us into their family for an hour or so. You come away speechless and the time flies by so quickly, yet everyone agrees... it was worth every penny. All 60,000.

Nice coverage of the gorillas. Trips like that aren't for everyone, though.
