"Naks" Nakuru by Jmill42

My first home in Africa. Nakuru. I arrived having not a clue what to expect, excited beyond safe levels, and in awe of just about everything that crossed my eyes. Certainly, as a tourist, you could pick better spots, or use this place as a base for the NP's located within a 2 hour radius, but as a "resident", I experienced such hospitality and love from the people, that it will always hold a special place in my heart.

• Cons:Dirty, dusty and dingy
