Budva is a lovely 2500 years old town on a Montenegrin coast. Its two main attractions are the beautiful Old Town and beaches. Budva is also well-known for its large theater festival in the summer. Budva's climate is mediterranean, however, when I was there in April, I was expecting a better weather. It must have been a bad week because according to the locals, they have around 270 sunny days a year!

i hope to visit here next year when i visit my grandparents in croatia. thanks for sharing your tips and photos - i will try and include budva in my travels!

Yes, Great SEE FOOD, all Ok except TWO CAPTURED CARETTA TURTTLES in the POOL with the fishes! This turttles are total protected and the owner is exibiting them for tourists!!It is like having a Panda at home..a Shame!

We sat and enjoyed the sea on that small beach just outside the old city walls, it was really beautiful and easily accessible from the Avala Hotel where we stayed.
