Dresden has definitely been one of my favorite cities to visit in Germany. Despite of the massive destruction that took place during the WWII, the city looks fantastic. Numerous classical palatial buildings have been reconstructed and the restoration works of the famous Church of Our Lady (Frauenkirche) are taking place until 2006.
