Restaurant Name: Injera
Typical for Ethiopian food is the type of bread called Injera.It looks like `a piece of foam rubber with lateral dimensions of a bicycle tyre` (Bradt Guide3rd edition) Its bitter tasting but maybe rubber tastes the same?
But beside of Injera they have a lot of other delicious food that should be tried. For a change there is pasta in most of the places available.
