Trip to Taba Went to Taba Heights in September 2000 for a week.
Had never heard of the place before, it was n new purpose built resort and had only just begun to be built. But the price was a gift and it sounded different.
Stayed at the Hyatt Regency, 5 star, American designed to look like a Bedouin village. Very, Very nice.
A good place to wander around.
Staff were all so helpfull and seemed fresh and interested, not the usual tired and jaded waiter types. |

We flew into Ovda for a holiday in Jordan. There were home packed lunches flying around the cabin, the aisles were blocked by people discussing marriages, schools, jobs and jewelry. Screaming at each over other passenger's heads. Never again...... |
