This is a Bavaria page rather than specifically Munich.
I will be adding some info in next few eeks/months - hey my PC is running real slow and I'm busy OK !! ;-)
Bavaria is one of the most beautiful places I have been to. If you like natural beauty/Scenery then this is the Place for you.
I read in a guide book that a stretch of motorway in this area is probably one of the most beautiful in the world and on one day when I was being driven along it I could see why - amazing scenery including the snow capped alps in the distance :-) Sigh !!!
Lots of mountains, lakes, castles and just superb scenery.
