Hold your breath... | Why did this picture turn pink? weird weird |
A neutral and unbiaised account of a Hamster's week-end in wineries and castles...
Most people know about the most famous Loire Valley castles between Orleans and Tours, like Chenonceau and Chambord. But if you drive a little further west, you'll hit a region between Tour and Angers litterally stuffed with castles. They are smaller than the big famous ones, but I think they are more beautiful. And they are so many....
Don't forget to check out the wine cellars, and taste all the great Loire Valley wines, like the St Nicolas de Bourgueuil, Saumur-Champigny or Vouvray. |
