It had been twelve years since my last long visit to Lisbon, not counting the many short business trips in the past year. My memories of the city were magic and even if I still enjoyed the city very much, it has lost much of the charm I had found then.

Lisboa has changed SO much that I recommend to anyone who has not been there yet to hurry up. As for those of you who fell in love with its decandent old charm some years ago, you better hurry as well. The city is sleeping and will wake up very soon, changing even more... and maybe (emphasis here please) loose all of its decandent charm I love so much.
