We only had 1 week and Cusco had been highly recommended to us, so that's were we stayed for 5 days. There are plenty of things to do in Cusco itself and around Cusco: The Sacred Valley, the Macchu Pichu, etc..
We then headed to Puno and the lake Titicaca.

Nice page on Cuzco -- I'd like to know more about the cuisine and customs -- seems less Hispanic and more Incan. Cheers!
