Alberg Pic de l'Aliga: Amazing views

Next to the Monastery of Nuria you'll find a hotel and apartments. Can't say about these, as we stayed at the hostel up to the mountain. You should take the cable car to reach the hostel, located quite high. Not a place to choose if you have mobility problems or lots of luggage. Otherwise, a basic but clean and well maintained hostel, with amazing views.

The breakfast and dinner were really basic (so cheap we could not complain). If you want better meals, you can go to the restaurant next to the Monastery. When we stayed there most customers were hiking groups (no wonder why) but as well many families with small kids.

There are different kinds of rooms. We stayed in a 8-beds dorm with ensuite shower and toilet (separated one form the other), it was perfect for us (as we were a group of 8 friends) and very cheap. You can rent towels and bed linen, or bring your own.

Unique Qualities: Very good value, beautiful surroundings. Be advised that it tends to be full booked, especially on weekends. Contact details of the hostel on its website below.
