Bayahibe Restaurant Tips by Belsaita

Restaurant Name: L' Incontro

We were really surprised by how many Italians were living in Bayahibe. The owner of this restaurant is Italian and of course there do serve mainly Italian food. However, you can order as well fresh fish dishes, these were excellent, huge and cheap! One of us had the wood-oven made pizza and it was very good as well.

Apart from Spanish, the staff speaks Italian, French and and some English too. Half of customers were locals and half tourists. The night we went there, part of the place was used as local open-air cinema.

Restaurant Name: Sorry I can't remember the name! :-)

We had a pretty good and not expensive lunch in a place right behind Dominicus Beach. If someone here knows its name, please tell me!

Anyway, the place is easy to find, right to the beach and next to the little tourists shops. It’s a terrace sheltered under a palm roof more than a “real” restaurant. The food was local, tasty and cheap taking into account it was a touristy area.
