When I get tired of what I am seeing here, I will travel overseas. But for now I have enjoyed Central Park in New York on a hot summer day. LAX when the "stars" were out. Lake Powell were the real stars show up. Portland the city of Roses. Phoenix where the sun always shine. But I have been there on days that the sun did not shine and the desert became one hugh river. Boulder, Colorado where you could order brown rice and they don't look at you funny. But Chicago is not the same since Jordan is not there. And the political winds do blow you away. Washington DC, a major government realm surrounding by mass poverty but wears blinders to it many black tie affairs. Nashville where no one does guitars better and the shoes were made for clogging. New Orlean, hold on to your drinks and bring your tapping foot. Boston, a fish town that calls itself Beantown. Detroit, a city that should have made Barry Gordie it's Mayor years ago. And the beat goes on....
