My home for the last 20 years! | Covered bridges are local touring attraction. |
Bucks County Pennsylvania is a romantic, historic and beautiful place to visit or live.
While I've seen the area go from farm fields to McMansions as far as you can see, it is still one of the most beautiful areas in the United States.
We are in Northern Bucks County so there is less development, but that probably won't last for long...
The winding roads and forest covered hills are wonderful welcome home each time I return from a trip.
Living on the Delaware River, which is the border between New Jersey and Pennsylvania is a blessing I am thankful for every day.
If you have never been to this area of the country, it is a magical place. There are many bed and breakfasts to choose from.. all are different and beautiful! |

| Pros: | "Revolutionary era historical homes and roads. Open spaces, great food, amazing geographic features." | | Cons: | "Small streets and roads get crowded during the tourist season. Many rude tourists seem to be in a rush to go some where - just relax - enjoy your company and the scenery!!" | | In A Nutshell: | "Bucks County, Pennsylvania is a great place to spend a long weekned - then go home!" |
