Certanlly greek culture and turkish culture are quite different. It is possibe to visit north cyprus (turk side) from the south (greek side, with 3 day permit) but no from north to south (people from greek side don't like if you arrive the island from north side and consider it ilegal). In north cyprus you will find a very relaxing and secure place, specially kyrenea (nice view and restaurants). For people who want to visit all corners of the world Golden Beach in Karpas peninsula is a must!!! Also there are ancient buidings all over including this mosque that looks as a church in Famagusta. |
