Rome is, has been and will be!! For that matter its impossible to reinvent the wheel, but let me tell you about the Rome I saw. May be you will find a useful tip or two.
Lying 20km inland on the western coast of Italy, is the city of art and architecture, Everlasting Rome in all its glamour. I wonder what Romulus and Remus would say if they saw Rome today, ha, ha, ha!
You must have seen it yourself for I don’t believe that words can describe how inimitable Rome is. Indeed, a life time isn’t enough to explore it. Above all it gives you that feeling of being home. I had the impression that it has space enough for the whole world. Any way since “All roads lead to Rome” then it must provide the shelter. Oh yes its true, as we were visiting one of the sights, we wondered at one point how many nations could be represented on the spot and decided that it had to be over 50. That says it all, doesn’t it?
Amidst living history are the residents going about there everyday life. On the other hand is the rest of the world paying its tribute to the sensational city
Rome is history living in a collection of magnificent ruins. Each single stone has a story to tell. But Rome is more, its exclusive architecture, its elegancy reflected in the Vatican, its easy going Italian life, its first class cuisine, its fashion, name it. |
