After a long drive finally the sea Dar es Salaam could not be far anymore. After climbing Kili we indulged ourselves with a visit to tranquil Zanzibar or at least then it still was. The ways reaching it then was by hydrofoil (out of service), normal cargoboat or an adventurous alternative the local fishingboats. Before this decision was taken we camped overnight on the shore. |
