I live in Raleigh, NC, but went to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for college. Chapel Hill is beautiful, especially in the fall, when the prodigious trees change colors. This is a view of Franklin Street, the main drag running parallel to campus. I took this picture from Top of the Hill, a brewery with an elevated outdoor patio. The beer is excellent, the scene a bit "frat-tastic." You might have to swim through a sea of khaki pants, flip-flops, and Tar Heel hats to get your drink. |
