The 29 Palms Inn offers unique little bungalows set here and there on the extensive grounds in the midst of the Oasis of Mara.

Unique Qualities: Private bungalows with private courtyards. Unless you are an exhibitionist, you might be self-conscious during a swim due to the pool being situated in front of the restaurant.

Roughley Manor: Bed and Breakfast Inn Roughley Manor Review

If you like potpourri and 'Bed and Breakfasts', this is the desert retreat for you. The Roughly Manor is such an odd and interesting place to find in the desert. Dark, cool interiors full of woodwork and lace. Very comfortable rooms and a reservoir for a swim.
