And as such, a properly balanced diet is an essential part of any healthy regimen. On this particular trip, I decided to stick with a strict "Liquid Only Carb" diet...

This dinner tab is a good example. Note the absence of any fattening members of the meat, grain, poultry, or dairy food group. And also the nice balanced diet of both Foster's AND Margaritas....)
