|  | Queenstown, the action sport capital of New Zealand, if not the entire South Pacific. Voted the place most likely to induce hyperventilation...
If you got the bucks, seems most anything, and everything is available here: sky diving, paragliding, bungy jumping, white water rafting, jet boats thru canyons, and on and on...
I can appreciate that this is a fun town to play (and party), but I can't say that this was my favourite stop in New Zealand... Just a little too crowded, and a little too much tourist hustle for my tastes... (OK,, I'll admit that paragliding on a post card day over the mountains here was pretty cool...) |
