"KWAZULU NATAL - THE OTHER SOUTH AFRICA" Province of KwaZulu-Natal by mtncorg

Province of KwaZulu-Natal Travel Guide: 1,045 reviews and 2,463 photos

There are a lot of people - inside and outside of the province - who think of KwaZulu Natal as independent of the rest of South Africa. A lot of that has to do with the English and Zulu heritage of the province, no doubt. KZN has a lot to offer the visitor whether it is extensive Indian Ocean beaches, magnificent wildlife reserves, the multicultural mélange that is Durban, historical sites from KZN’s not always quiet past or a World-class mountain range. KZN (“K Zett N’) is not on every South African tourist’s radar screen but should be. They seem more preoccupied with an itinerary of Cape Town, the Garden Route and a quick dash through Kruger Park to catch some animals. That works to your advantage here. More room for you and more room for me.
