New Mexico truly is the Land of Enchantment.
Being a transplant from Southern California one never truly is able to appreciate a sunset, or seasons changing until one has been here just a short time. After 10 years, I'll still never tire of the colors, the smells, the people.
As for my answer to the State's famous question - Red or Green? (This refers to what type of chile we prefer.) My answer is green, although there are some dishes where only red will do. |
