    • Nightlife Spot: Union Street Ale House

    Found that this was an nice area for good bars and clubs. Had a few too many in the Ale House and managed to loose a darts match against some folks here. Big problem was that they were involved in marketing movies and were all off to the launch party for the film 'The Rock' with Nicholas Cage and Sean Connery. I think we might have got an invite to the party but we were so pissed we missed it.
    Also this place does great Buffalo Wings (hottest I ever came across in the States)

    Seems this place has now closed - what a shame.

     Sonoma township was really lovely & the valley very scenic too, but I equally enjoyed the Napa, but in a different way. San Francisco is my fave U.S. city too, but Chicago & Seattle run a close second. N.Y. is pretty special too!    		Jeannette1 Wed May 14, 2003 00:35 UTC
