  Thanks for the info. We're planning to visit here in 2007 with a group of 20. I'm especially interested in the silver mine and its' 800-year history!

  Fine architecture tips, as always! And brilliant photos to match. (I know the Freiburg GMD, but she's trying to resign. So far they haven't let her go. Lots of strife here in the area of cultural politics!)

  Wonderful city! The Cathedral gate copy is in Pushkin Fine Arts Museum in Moscow and it's very amazing. One day i'd like to see it in reality. Then maybe i will play with destiny and will have step into baechle :-)))

  Excellent updates here ... it seems to be a perfect location for travelers who like museum-passes and posh restaurants ....So the question is: Did you step in the Baechle???? :o)
