I was born and grew up in a small town near Dresden. I moved to Dresden for my studies at the university. Now I am living here in Dresden for more than 12 years.
I love this city for its cultural heritage, for the beauty of nature - in and around the city - and so many other reasons. It is just a great place to live!

This page needs an update. Urgently.
Many things have changed, museums and art collections have been closed, re-opened, relocated etc. Opening hours changed. And I also noticed that my accommodation and restaurant tips are probably not proper for the VT crowd - maybe too upscale and picked from the perspective of the folks of a different forum, where I am a frequent poster. So please check back in a couple of weeks ! |

Me again, just checking out your new tips and updates that you have added to this page since May 19, 2007. I hope you get back on the internet soon -- my son-in-law had a similar experience here in Frankfurt when he tried to change telecom providers. |
