After we picked up the car at Manchester airport, we had a few hours to kill before we needed to get to Portsmouth for the big VT meeting so we drove north to the capital of New Hampshire, Concord. Like many of the state capitols, Concord is not the largest city in New Hampshire but the 3rd largest behind Manchester and Nashua, the population is around 42,000. |
| | There are a lot of impressive government buildings but Concord also has a small town feel to it and not a lot of activity midday on a Friday. |
