I don't have any reason to stay in a local hotel but if I had out of town visitors, this is where I would put them up.
According to their website, they have a free shuttle to all four local casino boats and there are whirlpool suite available.
The newly remodeled Johnel's Restaurant is in front of the hotel and is a good place to grab a meal.
The hotel is a 30-45 minute drive from Chicago or guests can drive 5 minutes to the South Shore station and take a train.
