Wilmette is a suburb on the north shore of Chicago, anyone familiar with the suburbs of Chicago knows that North Shore is synonymous with posh. The only reason I can think of why a tourist might venture to Wilmette, is the intricate architecture of the Baha'i House of Worship. |

Yes, I saw this temple in Wilmette (although I never went inside). We have a Bahai temple in Haifa that is even grander. In fact, it's the world headquarters of the faith. | keida84 Sun Mar 19, 2006 18:24 UTC
