Can you say WOW in both Spanish and Portugese?

Devil's Throat, Iguazu Falls
I was a little confused about Iguazu Falls, I didn't realize how far apart the two sides of the Falls were and I mistakenly thought we had two full days to explore when in reality we only had one.

The Falls straddle the Brazil/Argentina border, one side of the river is Brazil, one side is Argentina. I would highly recommend a multiday visit to this area for a couple of reasons. First, you can't possibly see all that there is to see in a day. We tried it and it didn't work. Second, you can't control Mother Nature, if you happen to be scheduled on a day with overcast skies, you'll get great pictures but you won't get awesome pictures, especially those with the rainbows. So relax, come here for a few days, you won't regret it!

To visit the Falls, you can stay on either side of the border, we stayed on the Brazilian side near the larger city of Foz do Iguacu but there's also a town, Puerto Iguazu, on the Argentine side where you can stay and there's a Sheraton Hotel that's right in the middle of the Argentine park.

Wonderful place and great tips. I have to admit, I just got a giggle about the snake warning LOL, maybe someone was having a bad day when they came up with that. At least they tried:)

The Falls, there are much more things to do in the argentinean side, the boat through Iguazu River is absolutely stunning, you see more caymans!;)
