The debate seems to be over which side of Iguazu Falls is better, Argentina or Brazil. Got two days? See both and don't bother with the debate. The parks in Brazil and Argentina are increadibly excessible. Both sides should be seen as the experience varies at both. Argentina has the up-close Garganta view, and is more intimate with all of the falls. You can get close the falls and enjoy more of the rainforest. There is a nice rainforest trail on the Argentine side as well. On this trail you may see monkeys. Brazil's side of the falls gives you a better panaramic view of the falls. You might have a better shot here at getting the nice rainbows of the falls, and of course there well be coatis everywhere.
- Pros:Spectacular falls, Accessible, Good trails
- Cons:Can be packed full of people, Go early!
- In a nutshell:One of the World's Great Water Falls

What a beautiful waterfall! Great photos and tips, I hope to see Iguazu Falls someday.
This is an amazing place, and you captured it very well with your photos. thanks John!
A fantastic page John!! Beautiful photos and you were right-on with all your Tips! Lucky you to be able to see Iguazu from San Martin Island as well. That bus ride sounds interesting, we just did not have enough time to go that way!
Beautiful photos of these spectacular falls! One of the most amazing places that I have ever been to. Hoping to go back again next year! Greetings from Canada, Anita
Wow! I really want to go now! Did you need a Brazilian visa to go from the Argentina side to the Brazil side?
