It was one of my childhoods dreams to visit Petra.
I was lucky enough to explore this magnificent place twice.
My page is going to be a step-to-step walking trip from the ticket entrance to the Monastery.
The walk between the ticket gate and the central valley of Petra is about 3 km long and starts at the Bab as-Siq, continues to the Siq itself and ends at Outer Siq which leads to the city centre. |
