February is bright this year - New York City

New York City is the greatest place on earth for diversity and real people. I challenge anyone to find a more true place. You will hear honest opinions and genuine compliments. I am partial to Brooklyn myself, but I love the entire city. I have tried to provide a variety of spots to visit for less money than you might spend on the typical tourist spots...good luck!

There are loads of interesting gargoyles and faces and plants on the buildings. It's a free, outdoor museum!

Pros and Cons

Pros:lovely people, delicious food, good shopping, gorgeous bridges, looking up or down is always an adventure
Cons:It's wicked expensive. Central Park (most parks, really) is uncool at night.
In a nutshell:I'm a transplanted convert, as will you be!
