We drove down from Los Angeles and spent five days in San Diego. Despite a lot of rain, we saw quite a few things. We could have seen more, but we loved our Bed and Breakfast so much that we ended up watching the rain from our sun room. How's that for fun?
We loved the Zoo, ate at some great places, visited some museums, and even spent some time on Coronado Island (I know, not really an Island).
Our favorite thing, however, was seeing the Arts and Crafts style houses. We took several walks to admire them, and our B&B was an original Craftsman as well. Bankers Hill Manor is HIGHLY recommended!! See my page under hotels. |
