This town is out at the eastern edge of the Phoenix metro. It's the gateway to eastern AZ using both Rte 60 and Rte 88 (Apache Trail). The town itself has some attractions mainly focusing on the imposing Superstition Mountains just to the east of town.

I absolutely LOVED Lost Dutchman state park! We were there in the springtime, it's gorgeous!
